I am a mum of two looking for a property for myself and two children currently renting a private 1 bedroom very small property with no garden for all 3 of us. I am looking for something in Hornchurch or near to this area for schooling. With the past 2 years calling estate agents I am getting nowhere. I am an honest clean tidy person who will look after your property myself and my current landlord are in good communication and I have been renting long term only reason is I need a two bedroom. All I am looking for is somewhere where my children can have space to play , do homework and enjoy some outside space My budget is £1000 maximum .
