Due to natural growth Gillies Gas & Renewables are looking for a Central Heating Surveyor.

Gillies Gas was established in 1995, and is a business built on customer recommendation which prides itself in following the core values of honesty, hard work and integrity. As a Worcester Bosch accredited installer, we handle the entire customer experience from survey to completion.

The role will allow the successful applicant to develop and build on the already excellent sales and marketing structure. All leads will be provided, however the successful applicant will be expected to contribute and self- generate leads also. He/she will be the customer facing arm of Gillies Gas and must be able to deliver a first-class customer service of the very highest standard on every visit. We pride ourselves on sincerity and quality and the successful applicant must be able to replicate these standards

As you would expect our customers always come first, therefore the successful candidate will be expected to work the hours customer request (which will include evenings and occasional weekends). The role will attract a salary of £28-£30K plus bonus. Company vehicle, mobile phone and uniform will be provided. Full training will be provided. Ideally we would looking for someone to join the team early August.

Duties
• Visit Customers Homes and survey the property for a new boiler/heating installation
• Conducting a survey on the property in order to advise client of the best and most cost effective solution
• Accurately price for the new boiler and addition items required
• Liaise with marketing team and operations manager
Essential
• Understanding of financial conduct authority and treating customer fairly procedures whilst proposing finance options
• Knowledge of all central heating systems
• Clean UK driving licence
• Flexible to working hours
