Hello, my name is Steph and I work at Ocean Edge Holiday Park. My role here is to give all potential customers the information they need to make a decision on potentially owning a holiday home, I also assist the park and its caravan owners in selling and buying static caravans.
The particular model listed in the advert is called the Willerby Clearwater and it comes with everything you would need to get up and running for the 2016 season. This includes annual site fees, and everything that you need to get yourself set up and running.
FUNDING
With regards to purchasing a chosen holiday home and means of payment there are more than enough options for you to choose from. The most common method is with one of our caravan flexible funding packages where just a 10% deposit will secure your chosen location and holiday home. There are four different funding providers available and two of those will also consider customers where a chequered or bad credit history may be involved.

Ocean Edge is located on the cusp of the west coast, overlooking 8 miles of uninterrupted coastal views. The views directly from the park are beyond idyllic,
sit peacefully whilst watching the calm sea come in and out of shore as well as watching the boats pass in and out of the isle of man.
