They are currently looking to recruit for a Commercial Sales Manager to promote UK Commercial Sales, increase unit sales and build relationships within all sales channels.
You will be required:
* Manage the internal Sales Support Team.
* Be accountable for 2 x Business Development Managers & 2 x Internal Sales Executives.
* Develop the business for the range of Commercial lifts to new and existing customers.
* Support the Head of Marketing in the marketing of the commercial range of products.
* Establish professional and supportive links with all areas of the company in respect of the commercial lift range.
Business Development
* Plan, develop and manage UK Commercial lift sales with a view to meeting agreed annual budgets, targets and objectives
* Ensure that the company is kept aware of market requirements, market trends and potential business growth.
* Liaise closely with the management team and relevant areas of the company to ensure customer expectations are met.
* Manage the Commercial Sales Database, including data gathered from the Commercial Business Development Managers, monitor and build upon the client base.
* Produce monthly reports, monthly sales figures and lost order reports
Leadership & Management
* Develop and maintain a team ethos that is supportive, encouraging and conducive to high performance.

* Promote the development of cross-functional team-working and an inclusive environment where all contributions are valued and respected.
* Through example, promote a committed and professional attitude to all UK commercial sales tasks.
* Cultivate and encourage positive cross-functional relationships throughout the Company.
* Mentor the UK Commercial Sales team to continually improve performance.
* Carry out formal performance management reviews for UK Commercial sales team
* Review training and development needs for the UK commercial sales team ensuring continual development in both technical and career arenas.
