Our flat is located right next to the 225 bus stop which is ideal for getting to Surrey Quays Overground in 5 minutes or Canada Water underground station in 10 minutes. Surrey Quays shopping centre is a 15 minute walk away with a Tesco Extra, cinema, bowling and high street shops.
I will move out but the two other girls are perfect flatmates. One works in financial training and our other housemate works as a paralegal. The house is double glazed so nice and warm during the winter. It has a shared/kitchen living space with gas hobs, fan oven and microwave.
The room itself contains a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe. There is also a new chest of drawers which can be purchased for £15 from me if you would like the additional storage space.
Bills per month come to £47 for internet and council tax. Gas/Elec and Water are paid quarterly so best to save an additional £15-£20 a month for these.
