Big Easy Canary Wharf are looking for a Head Kitchen Porter.
The role as a Big Easy Head Kitchen Porter
Lead a team of Kitchen Porters to ensure the consistent running of a busy, high volume restaurant
Ensuring all work space and kitchen appliances, floors and walls are disinfected and properly maintained
Stock management & ordering
Train the team to use the correct chemicals in a safe and appropriate manner
Support the Senior Chef team to maintain systems such as stock, quality and health and safety
