Hi, I have a 2 bedroom ground floor flat in Prestonfield am looking for a swap for a 3 bedroom house.

Own kitchen and bathroom put in shower over bath!
All been re painted and all new doors, just be4 Christmas
2 good size bedrooms and garden all chipped and a decking area big back garden which is shared
Quiet stair and street the street at a dead end so no passing traffic
Lovely wee flat nothing needing done to it. Flooring in all rooms
All flats in stair are bought

10 mins away from town
Great bus service
Great primary school and nursery's
2 min walk to the local shop
5 mins walk from Cameron toll

Only moving as need an extra bedroom as its to small for me now:(.

Looking for a 3 bedroom house most places consider don't mind if the house needs work done to it
