The Vine at Goudhurst - Cranbrook TN17
We are looking for a full time, Talented Chef de Partie to join our new team and new venture at The VINE, Pub Grill & Lounge which is due to open in Early August.
You will be working for a talented and internationally experienced Head Chef who will provide great leadership and additional training required for the role.
The Pub and Grill will serve two menus; one comprising of pub / bistro style food served in an informal pub restaurant, the other steak cooked in a Big Green Egg over charcoal, fresh fish and chicken.
We are looking for an individual with the following qualities / experience- Able to step up to assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef when needed Able to produce consistently good food with minimal wastage.
Good communication skills with other kitchen staff and front of house.
Currently in a Demi Chef de Partie level level role. exemplary approach to hygiene- A team player- Relevant qualifications not essential as additional training will be given.
The position is an Hourly Paid position based on age + an equal share of all tips (based on hours worked).
