Part time evening childcare

I am currently looking for a live out nanny/childcare for my 6 year old daughter. I am due to change my shift pattern at work which means I need to reconsider my current child care arrangements.
This post is for a Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday weekly & an additional day/evening at the weekend once or twice a month.
Full clean drivers licence with own car is a requirement. (Documented proof will need to be checked for child's safety)
Monday to Wednesday times are 3pm till late.
My daughter will need to be collected from school each day & has a schedule which will be discussed with the correct candidate.
Out with this some light housework would also be expected.
Nanny/childcare must be registered and references are a requirement.
