PROPERTY FOR RENT

Hello,
the situation looks like this: I'm 19 years currently I lead a business in Poland and also I'm working for German company and together with my boyfriend We decided to move on and go to Wales to start a new peaceful life.
We found work in wrexham through the Polish agency which begin on 8th june (the employer can confirm that we will all be employed).
We are looking for a property to rent where we could enter on arrival (around 3 June), and the paperwork, documents, etc. Will be arranged by us by email.
I would like to arrive, sign a contract and moved in.
Is this possible? what are your proposals in such a situation? because I don't have the possibility to come and see the house and wait a week or several weeks for the renting procedure and then get a response. please help us.
