Web Designer Needed Now !!

Hello
Im a Photographer who also has a small Art Gallery
I need a shiny new web site built for both of these
What I don't need is a crap wordpress site which anyone could build in an evening
What I do need are 2 sites that are cool simple elegant classy brilliant amazing ... if you don't get the idea by now you're the wrong designer...
Im not bothered about ecommerce and other such dark subjects I just need simple classic design
I want to work with someone in Manchester or close by , I do not want to work with someone in another country its just too bloody hard !
When the site is live i need to be able to go in and change images etc , this is very very very important !!
I do have a budget and no its not massive or never ending
I will want to see examples of other sites you have built and they need to be relevant ..so don't send me a link to a fab garden centre site you have built !
So if you want to get involved in this great project gimmeee a shout ....Oh and its urgent !
