Bookkeeper required for a growing business.

About us : We are a growing shipping business established near Heathrow. We have customer base in many different countries. Due to expansion of business, we are looking for an in-house bookkeeper.
About the Job :
Approx. 2 days per week
Software used Xero - Please note, although xero is a cloud based software, we need an in-house bookkeeper as most of documents are in paper form.
About Duties:
Raise Sales Invoices
Process Purchase invoices
Allocate receipts and payments
Manage Cashbook
Manage employee expenses
Reconcile bank
Credit Control
Supplier payment management. Liaise with suppliers and MD on ongoing basis
Prepare and submit VAT Return
Prepare and submit EC Sales List
Liaise with external accountants at the year end.
About candidate:
We are looking for an all-rounder bookkeeper who will work independently from our office near heathrow. The candidate should have a knowledge of xero however, it is not must since necessary training will be provided to a suitable candidate.
