Contracts/Project Manager
Our Client is looking for a Contracts/Project Manager who is experienced within a wide range of types of construction including joinery.
Key to this is to ensure relationships are maintained with Clients, Consultants and Architects along with the management of site staff and sub contractors, you must also be able to display a knowledge of best value and commercial awareness.
A self motivated and confident individual is sought who is capable working on their own initiative and as part of a team.
Must be able to drive. Loughton Area.
