Hi I've got two large bedrooms flat with is too big for me looking for one bedroom to be near my family. It's a sunny flat on first floor, close to the shop,school and bus Road. Kitchen and bathroom upgrade last year. Storage heating two months ago, good of that flat is the bill for hot water and heating is separated it's around£ 32 per month and u can use how much u want, I lost for rest of electricity around 30£ per month, I really like my flat but is too big for me if u want to know more just ask.
