My housemate has just bought a flat so I am looking for a new housemate from the 1 September. The 2 bedroom flat is in Kingsdown, in a great location, 5 min walk from Stokes Croft, 5 mins from Whiteladies Road, and 5 min walk from Cabot Circus. It also has amazing views over the city!
The room is a large spacious Double Room with an ensuite and is fully furnished. If you have your own furniture though it can be thrown away as it doesn't belong to the landlord it belongs to past tenants. The contract is a rolling contract so no 6 month commitment.
I am a 28 year old woman working as a Marketing Manager. I keep myself busy doing lots of outdoor sports, like to surf, hike and play volleyball. Also like to go out on the weekend and the odd quiet drink seeing friends during the week.
I'd like to live with someone of a similar age, who is friendly and sociable but quite laid back. If we're into the same things then that would be a bonus!
