Easygoing professional looking for a room near Old Kent Rd

Hi folks, Thomas here, a 39 y.o. professional. I`m looking for a room (single/double) somewhere close to Old Kent Road. By "close" I mean a mile-ish radius.

I`m very easygoing & friendly - have been living in flatshares for more than a decade and so I know and employ all the sane-cohabitation rules - being considerate, clean and respectful of other people`s space (and expect the same in return). References from work and my current landlady available on request.

I`m 39 but get along equally well with twenty-to-seventy-somethings.

I don`t have any special requirements apart from the obvious ones - sanity of the flatmates, a non-party house, lack of roach/bedbug infestation, hole in the roof, etc, etc :) Need space for a bicycle though.

Also, no scammers and dishonest people please - I know the law, been around and I`m not an easy target.
