1 bed flat needed from mid October - best tenant in the world!

Hello, yes I'm Icelandic if that's not obvious enough from my profile.
Am moving to Edinburgh from London mid-October, but am currently teaching a 6 week uni course in Iceland so need to sort this over the internet. I'm looking for a furnished, 1 bedroom flat (box room/study would be a brilliant plus tho) in Edinburgh for at least 1 year to begin with. Am the greatest possible tenant in the world with references from London and Dorset. A non smoker and have no pets, no car, very quiet and easy going.

I work from home as a freelance journalist/writer and go to Iceland for a few weeks at a time to teach the odd course (6-12 weeks).

Have friends in Edinburgh who could do viewings on my behalf!
