Hi everyone,
I'm Veronica, 24 years old, looking for a room in Glasgow from now on till the end of May / June. I’m from France and just graduated from a masters degree in Social Anthropology. This year I’m working as a French language assistant in Glasgow (I don’t have to pay Council Tax though, as Teaching Assistants are treated the same as students regarding the taxing system). During a year abroad in Durham (England), I had the opportunity to visit Scotland a couple of times and felt in love with it ; since then, I was dreaming of coming back here in another framework.
I'd describe myself as easy going and social; I love music (playing/listening), dancing, reading, hiking, biking, cooking, having a quiet night with a good book but also a nice chat around a hot tea with my flatmates ?. As a flatmate, I'm very tidy and clean, quiet and respect each others' privacy, but would also enjoy getting along with my flatmates and sharing a tea from time to time. Also, I travelled around the world quite a lot and had to share places to live with people a couple of times – it’s always been a great experience and I’d love it to be amazing once again in Glasgow.
I’m looking for a flat to move in asap and am available for viewings anytime (when I don’t work) – Southside, West End, anywhere really could do. My budget is approximately £300-£350.
