Hello!
My name is Laura. I am a professional 27 year old Scottish female working full time. I’m looking for a one or two bedroom flat or house in Edinburgh for around £700pcm (before bills) and flexible for move in dates. Preferably a long term let. I am also open to flat sharing depending but would prefer to share with one other person.
My ideal location would be the Leith area as I have my studio and office at the Biscuit Factory. Would consider all areas of Edinburgh but looking for somewhere central either Leith, West End, Bruntsfield, or Canonmills.
I am currently employed full time as a marketing manager. I have a studio the Biscuit Factory and work in design, branding, and digital marketing. I am clean, tidy and respectful of private space. I can provide references for previous flats. I don’t smoke or have any pets or intending to get any!
I enjoy socialising when I have time with friends, going out for dinner, visiting art galleries, drawing, reading and cooking. If I decided to go for the flat share option, I’d ideally prefer an ensuite double room to rent in Edinburgh with like-minded people looking to hang out as well as flat share. I’m not really a party animal at home so much, so not really looking for an environment where there is lots of people coming and going! Looking for somewhere modern, clean and would prefer not to live with students/temporary visitors.
