We have two rooms going in our lovely terraced house in Wimbledon. The house has a large kitchen/dining area, large lounge and garden.
There is one downstairs toilet, an upstairs bathroom shared by three rooms and an ensuite with the top room.
Room 1 looks out over the garden and is smaller with some wardrobe space. It's unfurnished however we can and an arrangement for the bed to be left.
Room 2 is on the third floor with a very large cupboard (no wardrobes) and an ensuite with shower. Again this room is unfurnished but may be able to arrange to keep the bed.
The smaller of the two rooms is £600 plus bills and the larger is £800 plus bills.
We are two girls (25) and have lived in the house for almost three years. Looking for some like-minded, tidy people to join us. We are both outgoing people but respect other people's privacy.
The location of the house is ideal, it's a 7 minute walk to Wimbledon station which also has the district line and a 10 minute walk to South Wimbledon station which has the Northern line.
Bills are not included in the rent and work out about £100 per month for council tax, water, electricity/gas and TV.
