Description
We are looking for a fourth housemate in our 4 bed terraced house. 10 mins walk to Earlsfield station and equally 10 mins walk to Wimbledon Park district line tube.
We are mates from uni/school who are in our 2nd year in London, having all moved from the midlands. We are young professionals working in central London.
The room for rent is an unfurnished double bedroom on the 1st floor at the back of a three storey house overlooking the garden. There are two bathrooms between 4.
There is a communal living/dining/kitchen area with French doors onto the south facing garden.
We are normally busy in the week with work and boyfriends but enjoy socialising together at weekends and having girly days/boozy nights! And pub evenings in the week from time to time.
Our house mate is moving out as she is buying a property so we are looking to fill the room quickly.
