Female Flatmate wanted for Southside - Double Room

Hey hey,

I'm currently living in Glasgow Southside (Cathcart) with my flatmate who is due to be moving out in the next 4-6 weeks. Sucks, I know.
Anyway, we've got a lovely double bedroom (furnished with a wardrobe and chest of drawers) in a furnished flat (I will get some photos up soon!).
I'm a student about to enter my 4th year, so while I love my prosecco I also intend to have my head down for the year :) !
The flat isn't huuuuuge per-say, so being respectful of each other's space is an absolute must, along with being a tidy human wouldn't go amiss :)

Bills are as follows:
Gas & Electricity p/m = £25 each
TV/Broadband = £19 each

Cathcart Train station is literally over a little bridge beside the flat, so about 1 min walk and gets you into city centre in about 12 mins. Super handy! Trains run roughly every 10/15 mins too. Close to Shawlands, so good bars and cafes, hair salons. Tesco/Sainsburys, PureGym etc.

My current flatmate isn't a student so we pay council tax, hence why I've stated I would prefer someone in study for the remainder after she leaves. It would also be ideal if you have plans to remain until at least next May/June (please don't contact if you are only here for a few months, etc etc. - sorry guys!)
