A secondary School awarded "good" on their most recent Ofsted inspection is looking to appoint x2 Learning Support Assistant for approximately 2 terms. This exciting opportunity is available for a September 2016 start and the school is located in the Borough of Sutton.
Our client is look for LSA's to support Key Stage 3 - 4 who are under the Autistic (ASD) spectrum. The SEN department consists of six Specialist LSA' whom work across the all subjects and on a 121 basis as well as part of small groups.
To be considered for this role you must have:
-Experience working with ASD students
-Proven Ability to raise standard
-Ability to Prioritise
-Be enthusiastic, confident and show initiative
-Have effective communication skills with a good working knowledge of the English language and the ability to keep written notes on pupil progress.
