The No/6 bar and lounge is Nottingham's newest and most exciting bar opening to date! It is located in the St James Hotel, located in Nottingham City Centre (just off Maid Marion Way).
We are seeking a Bar Manager to work on a full-time, permanent basis to lead this exciting bar from the late afternoon and evenings.
Candidates must have previous bar experience and must have knowledge and experience of bar management and also a detailed knowledge and enthusiasm for drinks and cocktails etc.
Cocktail making experience is required.
He/she must be willing and able to lead and train other members of staff. They must be well-presented, charismatic and hard-working. They must be flexible in their hours and work patterns and able to work weekends.
The candidate must be willing to lead and push the marketing and promotion of the venue and organise regular events etc.
This position is available for immediate start and is offered on a full-time, permanent, salary basis of £18,000 per annum PLUS performance-related bonuses.
