Griffin Interiors 'Albany' Marbletex Surround - Sand coloured stone effect mantle/surround (fireproof composite material) with feature details. Black granite back piece (37" x 37") with cut out(16.5" x 22.5") for gas or electric fire, chrome trim and chrome/black fret.
All parts are in excellent condition.
This was used with a gas fire (the reason for the fireproof materials) but is compatable with gas or electric insert fires (there is not one included in the sale).
Surround/mantle H 40" W 53" D 6" at centre 9" at pedestal ends (cost £699 new) I have scanned images of original brochure with various dimentions that could be emailed if required.
Note the colour is not as white as the picture appears.
No fire or hearth included.
