Description
For sale is my Rover Master STC satellite and TV aerial signal test meter. It is used but in good condition and fully functional. It comes with a mains adapted for charging the meter. It measures transmission parameters for DVB-S, DVB-S2, DVB-T as well as QPSK and QAM modulation schemes as employed Foxtel/Optus cable networks. It has preloaded channels plans, LNB and masthead powering.
