hello iam looking to rent a one bedroom flat or a large studio on housing benefit.i have been renting privately just outside of London for 4 years with no issues at all with my landlord,its just that I want to move to London for family reasons.i am a single,mature,male,over 35.non smoker.non drinker and no pets.i have a deposit and rent in advance.i cant move until the 1st week in july once I have secured the new property then I would have to give one months notice to my landlord,please help if you can,i don't want shared accomadation.thank you.looking at north or west London to live
