Students looking for the flat

Hello,
I'm looking for a flat to rent for a long term for two females. We are interested in flat with one our two bedrooms. (If one bedroom then we would like to have two single beds or bed and sofa bed). We would like to pay no more than 560 pcm total (with bills about 620).
My friend and I will be studying architecture at RGU since this academic year. We are very calm, we do not smoke and we can keep clean our surroundings.
We can also share a flat with other kind and no smoking flat mates.
