Looking for a 2 bed house around £430pcm near Lampeter and surrounding villages that accepts DSS as full/partial rent; and doesn't require a guarantor.
Needs to be a quiet place away from the center of town and looking to move no later than September.
- Parking essential due to disability.
- Would love a place where I could have a small pet
- I'm having to move due to health and personal reasons.
- Really want to avoid main roads, high traffic areas and night storage heaters.
